Stan has been with Met-Net since early 2003 as one of its Founders. During Stan's impressive three decades of industry experience, he has managed nearly every aspect of telecommunications law while serving industry leaders AT&T, Pacific Telephone, AirTouch, SBC and Yipes Communications. His substantial expertise spans a broad spectrum of regulatory, corporate and tax issues. Most recently, as Vice President for Law and Public Policy at Yipes, he secured regulatory authorizations from the commissions of 18 states, obtained franchises and other permits from several dozen municipalities and highway authorities, won pole and conduit agreements with most major ILECs and a number of electric utilities and negotiated interconnection agreements for 'dark' fiber with many ILECs. He also represented Yipes in the negotiation and documentation of three rounds of private financing, which raised more than $330 million.
