John Proko

John Proko has over 33 years of business experience in a broad range of industries in the corporate management and financial services sectors. In addition to being a CPA, John has held positions as CEO, COO, and CFO in businesses such as public accounting, opthalmic medical managed care services, retail import and permanent and temporary employment services. John's success has been attributed to his entrepreneurial attitude to effectively work with others to resolve critical business issues utilizing both creative and traditional management approaches.

John attended Eastern Michigan University where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting. While in public accounting positions, his focus was largely targeted to business advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, analytical review techniques, and business and estate tax planning. He has served as President of the California Certified Public Accountants Education Foundation, and as a Council Member for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

John currently sits on numerous boards of directors and trustees.
